Software Updates
Software Updates
Updating your eBike’s motor firmware may block or disable your tuning kit.
We recommend avoiding firmware updates especially through service centres unless absolutely necessary. Most updates are optional, and a working eBike doesn’t usually need one.
Keep in mind:
✔ Firmware upgrades can remove tuning compatibility
✔ Tuning is only guaranteed to work with the firmware version available at time of purchase
✔ A blocked tuning kit due to a firmware update is not covered under warranty

The product works perfectly and is great.
Works like a charm. Easy to fit and has cut my commute from 28mins to 18. Chews through the battery a bit more but to be expected. No dreaded error codes so far, very happy.
