Excellent.....very easy to install and operate.....no more hitting the wall at 15.5mph.bI can now use the bike for longer commutes and workouts and comfortably cruise at 20-23mph on the flat...(Pothole free road of course). This is a game changer for me and I now feel I am getting the full use of the bike like it was meant to be (other countries have speed restriction laws of 28mph not 15.5). Don't expect to be bolting along at whatever speed you choose to unrestrict to though....the capability the cogs/gears and the weight of the bike will dictate that, a realistic top speed will be around high 30s on the flat and that is more than fast enough. I would suggest you buy a motorbike if you want to go faster.
Good so far after around 30 miles, the estimated range fluctuates quite a lot compared to the bikes standard estimate, but this may steady with time.
It's nice not having the 15mph brick wall feeling! Well worth the money.

With the right tools removing the motor is quite simple. Bit more difficult putting it back in but nothing too hard. Easy to plugin the tuner. Focus Jam with gen 4 motor

Great little thing. Super easy to install. Now, it doesn't make it some mad electric bike that blasts you to 28mph! It simple keeps assisting you if you keep putting the effort in. It can, however, make you do nearly 30mph off road which is scary if you're peddling like a madman corning on wet grass. It makes the bike soo much better tho.

Game changer. My Cube ebike sat collecting dust in the back of my garage. Hitting the wall at 32km/hr ruined the entire value proposition. With the Volspeed 4 it's now my daily driver. Higher assist ratio (400%) and unlocked speed make it a fantastic machine.
Couldn't get it to work for a while. But what a game changer.. Will go up to 61mph. But 24mph is plenty when your riding alone. Turn it off in a group ride.

Really easy to fit, and releases my bike from the shackles, although I have not upped the available speed to the max - yet!
