Domestic Shipping (UK)

Standard Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking link by email. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery, if you have not received your order after 7 working days contact support@ebiketuner.com.


UK Express Shipping

We offer express shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 2 working days for delivery, if you haven't received your order within 2 working days contact support@ebiketuner.com

Australia/US/Canada Shipping

We ship all Australia/US/Canada orders from the UK via FedEx & DHL Express. Goods sent to US & Australia will be import-free as they are under the threshold of $800. Canadian orders are subject to import charges.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. If you haven't received your order within 10 working days please contact support@ebiketuner.com and one of the team will get back to you quickly.

EU Shipping

We ship all orders to Europe from the UK using FedEx. Goods are shipped on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Any customs or import charges will be paid by us in advance to avoid delays at customs.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with a a tracking link. Please track your order using the FedEx tracking link provided for the most accurate information. If you haven't received your order within 7 working days please contact support@ebiketuner.com

European Economic Area Shipping

Orders to Norway, Iceland & Switzerland are shipping using FedEx. Goods are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis so there will be customs charges to pay. 

Other countries

We do also ship to other countries around the world. This is a paid service and it dependent on the specific country. Orders are shipped on a Duty Unpaid basis so will potentially incur customs charges. 

ebiketuner ltd operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fee’s, brokerage fees or other additional charges have to be paid by the customer upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to ebiketuner ltd due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or chosen carrier. Any postal charges, returned shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from any due refund or exchange request.

Order Cut-off Times

Our deadline for same-day dispatch is 12pm. Please note, if you place an order after 12pm on Friday this order will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed once received. In order to return an item it must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date at the buyers expense (unless faulty). It must be returned in its original packaging, unused. Please use a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely, include your name in the package. Failure to do so will cause delays with your refund.

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs. 

If an item is returned without its original packaging intact we will charge a 10% restocking fee

If an item is returned damaged we have the right to deduct up to 50% of the original purchase price
