When does your sale start & finish?

Our sale officially starts on 18th November, ending on 1st December

Do I need a discount code to get the deals?

No one likes having to type in codes. All discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Can I combine Black Friday discounts with other promotions?

Black Friday discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes

Will I get free shipping during Black Friday?

Yes! We’re offering free standard shipping on orders over £99 during our Black Friday sale.

Are Black Friday sale items eligible for returns or exchanges?

Yes, sale items are eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you purchase 2 kits with a Black Friday discount but decide to return one for a refund. We will deduct the original discount from your refund total.

Can I apply my Black Friday discount to a previous purchase?

Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases. The sale prices are valid only during the Black Friday sale period.

When will my Black Friday order ship?

Due to high demand, Black Friday orders may take a bit longer to process. We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, but please allow extra time for delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it due to high volume. Please double-check your cart and shipping information before checking out.
