Order cut-off and dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday ship the following Monday. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

United Kingdom

Standard shipping (free on all tuning kits): Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Express shipping (paid): Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived after 7 working days, contact support@ebiketuner.com.

United States (free shipping on all tuning kits)

US orders ship from our UK warehouse. Before dispatching, we'll email or WhatsApp you to confirm your bike's make, model and year so we can check compatibility. We can't ship US orders without this information, and it helps us avoid compatibility issues and costly returns. To speed things up, send us these details after placing your order.

Once confirmed, orders are dispatched within 24 hours and take 5-7 business days. Your shipment is fully tracked, including USPS tracking once it lands in the US. We cover all tariff charges and import paperwork, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Due to changes to the US import process, some delays may occur. If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days, contact support@ebiketuner.com.

Australia (free shipping on all tuning kits)

AU orders ship from our UK warehouse. As with US orders, we'll contact you to confirm your bike's make, model and year before dispatch, and we can't ship without this information.

Once confirmed, orders are dispatched within 24 hours and take 5-7 business days. Orders travel with Royal Mail International Tracked and are delivered locally by Australia Post. Goods valued at AUD $1,000 or less are generally exempt from customs duty, and we collect 10% GST at checkout. If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days, contact support@ebiketuner.com.

European Union

EU orders ship from our UK warehouse. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We'll contact you to confirm your bike's make, model and year before dispatch, and we can't ship without this information.

Once confirmed, orders are dispatched within 24 hours and take 5-7 business days. Orders are tracked from the UK and handed to your domestic carrier (such as Deutsche Post) once they reach your country. We cover all import charges, so there are no surprise fees at customs. If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days, contact support@ebiketuner.com.

All other countries

We can ship worldwide on request. Shipping is paid and depends on your location. Orders to countries outside the UK, US, Australia and EU are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid, which means any customs duties, taxes or import fees are your responsibility. Orders returned due to unpaid fees or failed delivery may have these costs deducted from your refund. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering, and contact support@ebiketuner.com if you need more information.

Delivery problems

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please check with your household and neighbours and look for any safe place the carrier may have used, then contact us straight away. We may ask you to file a missing mail claim with the carrier and send us confirmation. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address
