What does a tuning kit do?
Every pedal assist eBike will cut out once you reach 15mph limit (unless you're in the US with a Class 1 20mph limit). A tuning kit lets you bypass that limit, so the motor keeps assisting beyond that point, up to 28 mph (45 km/h) on most kits
Which kit do I need?
Each kit is made for a specific motor: Bosch, Specialized, DJI Avinox, Shimano, Yamaha, Giant, TQ or Brose. Tap your motor above, or use our Kit Finder to match your bike in 30 seconds. Not sure which motor you have? Here's how to check
Are they hard to fit?
Most of our kits are designed to be installed at home with basic tools. Some do require motor removal so check the product description for more details. Every one comes with step by step instructions
