Domestic Shipping (UK)

Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking link by email. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery, if you have not received your order after 7 working days contact support@ebiketuner.com.

UK Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

We offer express shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 2 working days for delivery, if you haven't received your order within 2 working days contact support@ebiketuner.com

US Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

We ship all US orders from the UK via Royal Mail, delivered to you by USPS. All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, no surprise customs or import charges.

Delivery takes 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact support@ebiketuner.com and we'll investigate for you.

Australia Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

We ship all Australian orders from the UK via Royal Mail, delivered to you by Australia Post. All orders are import-free as they fall under the $800 AUD import threshold — no extra charges on delivery.

Delivery takes 5-7 business days (WA & remote areas can take 7-14 days). You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact support@ebiketuner.com and we'll investigate.

Canadian Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

We ship all Canadian orders from the UK via Royal Mail. It's delivered to you by Canada Post. Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to local customs and import duties on arrival — these are charged by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery takes 7-10 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, contact support@ebiketuner.com and we'll investigate.

EU Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

We ship all orders to Europe from the UK using Royal Mail which are delivered to you via your countries delivery partner (ie Deutche Post). Goods are shipped on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs or import charges will be covered by the buyer

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with a a tracking link. Please track your order using the tracking link provided for the most accurate information. If you haven't received your order within 7 working days please contact support@ebiketuner.com 

Other countries

We do also ship to other countries around the world. This is a paid service and it dependent on the specific country. Orders are shipped on a Duty Unpaid basis so will potentially incur customs charges. 

ebiketuner ltd operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fee’s, brokerage fees or other additional charges have to be paid by the customer upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to ebiketuner ltd due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or chosen carrier. Any postal charges, returned shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from any due refund or exchange request.

Order Cut-off Times

Our deadline for same-day dispatch is 12pm. Please note, if you place an order after 12pm on Friday this order will be dispatched on Monday.
