Changes to US Shipments

🇺🇸 Update for US Customers – New Import Rules from August 28, 2025

Until August 27, 2025, US customers could benefit from Section 321 of the U.S. Tariff Act, which allowed goods valued under $800 to enter the US duty-free.

What does this mean for you?

• US orders will now incur an import tariff of around 15%, as most of our products are manufactured in the European Union.

• To cover this, we’ve introduced a tiered shipping & import fee, starting from $39.

• This covers fully tracked delivery via USPS, tariff charges, and all import paperwork—so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.

A few important things to note:

• We’ll contact you by email to confirm your bike’s make, model, and year before we dispatch your order.

• We can’t ship any US order without this information—this helps us avoid compatibility issues and costly returns.

• Due to the updated US import process, some delays may occur. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
