Die Verwendung jeglicher Tuning-Produkte kann zum Erlöschen der Garantie Ihres eBikes führen. Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für Schäden, die durch die Verwendung eines unserer Produkte entstehen. 

Will this kit work with my bike?

  • Works with any ebike fitted with a Shimano EP8, EP800, EP8RS motor
  • Excludes eBikes with Di2 electronic gearing
  • Excludes eBikes with EP801 motors
  • Important: You must check your motor's connections before purchasing. Select the 'Standard' version if your motor has a spare port. Select +ETP if your motor does not have a spare port

All Speedbox products come with a lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event your product develops a fault or defect. We will replace it for free.

eBike firmware Updates

Updating your eBike’s motor firmware may block or disable your tuning kit.

We recommend avoiding firmware updates especially through service centres unless absolutely necessary. Most updates are optional, and a working eBike doesn’t usually need one.

Keep in mind:

✔ Firmware upgrades can remove tuning compatibility

✔ Tuning is only guaranteed to work with the firmware version available at time of purchase

✔ A blocked tuning kit due to a firmware update is not covered under warranty
