• Works with any ebike fitted with the latest Bosch Smart System excluding eBikes fitted with the rim magnet sensor located on the rear wheel valve. If you're unsure what this is, please contact our team for help before placing an order
• Smart system models are equipped with either an LED remote or System Controller. Some models also have either a Kiox 300 or Intuvia 100 display. If your eBike does not have a display
• If your eBike does not have a display, the Bosch flow smartphone app can be used to act as your display
• Please note, auto updates must be turned off via your Bosch flow app. Speedbox does not offer warranty replacements as a result of malfunctions from motor updates

In the unlikely event your product develops a fault or defect. We will replace it under warranty. All Speedbox products come with a lifetime warranty.

Updating your eBike’s motor firmware may block or disable your tuning kit.

We recommend avoiding firmware updates especially through service centres unless absolutely necessary. Most updates are optional, and a working eBike doesn’t usually need one.

Keep in mind:

✔ Firmware upgrades can remove tuning compatibility

✔ Tuning is only guaranteed to work with the firmware version available at time of purchase

✔ A blocked tuning kit due to a firmware update is not covered under warranty
