UK Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50 via Royal Mail
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation by email, this service does not include live tracking. The tracking number will only update once the order has been delivered to you.

UK Express Shipping
We offer express shipping via Royal Mail. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email confirmation.
Please allow 2 working days for delivery, if you haven't received your order within 2 working days contact support@ebiketuner.com
Please note, if you place an order after 12pm on Friday this order will be dispatched on Monday.
EU Shipping
We ship all orders from the UK via DHL Express or International Tracked Post. Goods sent may incur customs charges at the buyers expense. If you haven't received your order within 7 working days please contact support@ebiketuner.com
US & Canada Shipping

Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
To request a return please email support@ebiketuner.com with your order number, name and contact number.
In order to return an item it must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date at the buyers expense. It must be returned in its original packaging, unused. Please use a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely, include your name in the package. Failure to do so will cause delays with your refund.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs. If an item is returned without its original packaging we charge a 5% restocking fee.
If an item is returned damaged we have the right to deduct up to 50% of the original purchase price
Faulty Items (Tuning Kits only)
In the unlikely event your tuning kit develops a fault. Please contact us on support@ebiketuner.com
Please note, our tuning kits should not be shrink wrapped or secured with electrical tape as this can damage the connections and cause moisture build up. We cannot replace any tuning kit under warranty if it returned to us with any of the following;
1. Shrink Wrapped
2. Wrapped in electrical tape or similar
3. Dirty (mud, grease etc)
Products that are sent back to us in any the above condition are not eligible for replacement

IMPORTANT: Please include your name & order number in your package, failure to do so will cause delays with your refund/exchange. Please share your return proof of postage/tracking number so we monitor the return.
US/Australia Customers: Please use a tracked service such as USPS or Australia Post. No need to use an expensive courier like DHL or UPS for a return. Please ensure it is sent tracked though so we can monitor the return. We will reimburse the cost of the return shipping if your item is faulty.
