Electric bikes equipped with tuning devices are not permitted for use on public roads, cycle paths, or any public space. Tuning kits modify the speed restrictions of eBikes and may cause them to no longer comply with local eBike classifications, including but not limited to the EU EN15194 regulation, the UK EAPC legislation, and state/federal laws in the United States and Canada.
Use of these products is strictly limited to private land, with the landowner’s permission, and is done entirely at the user’s own risk.
By purchasing and installing any tuning device or accessory from ebiketuner limited, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You assume full legal and personal responsibility for how the product is used.
ebiketuner limited is not liable for any injury, damage, fine, cost, prosecution, insurance invalidation, or other consequence arising from the use or misuse of any product sold.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, insurance terms, and traffic regulations in their region before using or installing any tuning product.
Our tuning kits are intended only for off-road, sporting, or testing use, not for public transport or commuting.
Product Liability & Risk
Tuning kits are performance-enhancing devices that alter the behaviour of your eBike. Like any performance modification, this introduces risk to the rider and others if not used properly or if used in inappropriate environments (e.g. public roads).
By purchasing from us, you confirm that:
You understand the safety risks associated with modifying eBike speed limits
You will take all reasonable steps to ensure safe installation and usage
You release ebiketuner limited and its partners from all liability, including in jurisdictions with strict product liability laws (e.g. the United States)
We strongly advise that you:
Do not use these products in regions where speed-modified eBikes are considered motor vehicles
Do not operate modified eBikes on public roads

The use of any tuning products may void the warranty of your eBike. We take no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of any of our products.
Warranty Disclaimer
The installation of any tuning device may invalidate your eBike manufacturer’s warranty. By modifying your eBike, you are operating it outside of factory specifications, which most manufacturers prohibit under their terms of warranty.

Voided warranties
Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect installation
Errors triggered during motor software updates
Faults resulting from use of incompatible accessories or displays
