96 % of my riding is off road coastal paths, but where I used to lag behind my mates on the rd I can now keep up , no more hitting a wall at 16mph , also love the ease of how you can switch it on and off so only use it when needed and At 63 it really helps the old legs

Volspeed V2 Works great on my 2025 Trek Rail 9.8 GX AXS Bosch Gen 5 Motor, I hope it’s the same after the 100nm 750W update, I’m so glad Trek stuck with the disk magnet it’s so much neater than the rim magnet solutions, I’ve been running Volspeed 4 on my 2022 Trek Rail for 3 years without one single issue so I’ve every confidence in this V2 for the smart system.

Let’s be honest 15mph is way too slow for the road , bought the chip and the bike is alive , customer support from the guys is amazin , emails answered quickly regarding tech support , fully recommend them .

What a wonderful product,my Cube TM 160 was woeful to pedal on flat ground due to the weight and nature of the bike,it felt as if the brakes were being applied after reaching the 15 mph.Adding this to the bike now makes it feel like I’m riding at normal bike speeds out on the trails,which in my opinion is much safer when approaching jumps,obstacles etc at speed when you need maybe a couple of quick extra pedals.I would definitely recommend this product.
Easy installation. Just be careful with the holder part. It's kind of weak as it's a 3D printed part.
