Software Updates
Software Updates
Updating your eBike’s motor firmware may block or disable your tuning kit.
We recommend avoiding firmware updates especially through service centres unless absolutely necessary. Most updates are optional, and a working eBike doesn’t usually need one.
Keep in mind:
✔ Firmware upgrades can remove tuning compatibility
✔ Tuning is only guaranteed to work with the firmware version available at time of purchase
✔ A blocked tuning kit due to a firmware update is not covered under warranty

Fantastic bit of kit , easy to install on my haibike alltrack 5 . Arrived super quick .No more cycling through sand feeling can now happily cruise along around 24 mph everywhere.
