Software Updates
Software Updates
Updating your eBike’s motor firmware may block or disable your tuning kit.
We recommend avoiding firmware updates especially through service centres unless absolutely necessary. Most updates are optional, and a working eBike doesn’t usually need one.
Keep in mind:
✔ Firmware upgrades can remove tuning compatibility
✔ Tuning is only guaranteed to work with the firmware version available at time of purchase
✔ A blocked tuning kit due to a firmware update is not covered under warranty

I’ve fitted a Vs to my cube action team. No issues.This has thrown repeated faults and my display no longer shows charging. I’ll need to strip it all out again. I’ve fitted the VS as I’ve said to my cube action team, Fantastic , a specialized Levoceraptor too so I’m confident using this type of kit. I hope it’s not going to be a costly mistake. I’ll persevere.

Shipping through customs was about 10 days so not too bad. Install was easy and wow did it make a difference. I would definitely purchase one if you are looking for a little more speed.
