Works with any eBike fitted with a Bosch Smart System (excluding rim magnet models)

Rim Magnet models have the speed sensor located on the rear wheel valve. If you're unsure what this is, contact us before ordering

If your eBike has either a Purion, Intuvia or original Kiox. You have a non-smart model (shop here)

Please note, this tuning kit only works on eBikes with 25-32kmh factory speed limit. Youth (20kmh) & Class 3 (45kmh) are not supported

Please note: with the chip active, speed readings are fixed above 22kmh. As a result, total distance recorded on the display/flow app will be less than actual distance covered when derestricted

Unfortunately none of our tuning kits are guaranteed against error codes.

To reduce the risk of errors, follow these steps:

- Avoid updating the firmware of your e-bike. Updating increases the risk of tuning detection

- Disable automatic updates in the eBike Flow App

- Activate/deactivate the tuning before the ride (when the e-bike is standing still), not during riding

The use of any tuning products may void the warranty of your eBike. We take no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of any of our products.

eBike Laws:
Electric bikes equipped with tuning devices are not allowed to be used on public roads, cycling paths and public places. Electric bikes equipped with tuning products can be used exclusively on private property and entirely at one’s own risk. Under the EU's EN15194 regulation it is illegal to ride your eBike on public roads/cycle paths with a tuning device fitted. 

By purchasing a device from eBike tuner ltd you agree that eBike tuner ltd cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, fine or cost to you, your eBike or anyone else involved in your particular incident.

In the unlikely event your product develops a fault or defect. We will replace it under warranty. All VOLspeed products come with a 2-year warranty.

Updating your eBike’s motor firmware may block or disable your tuning kit.

We recommend avoiding firmware updates—especially through service centres—unless absolutely necessary. Most updates are optional, and a working eBike doesn’t usually need one.

Keep in mind:

✔ Firmware upgrades can remove tuning compatibility

✔ Tuning is only guaranteed to work with the firmware version available at time of purchase

✔ A blocked tuning kit due to a firmware update is not covered under warranty
