VOLspeed eBike Tuning Kit for Bosch Performance Line CX Rim Magnet (Preorder Ships 6th March)

It's compatible with eBikes fitted with a Rim Magnet sensor (see example here) and one of these motors (drive units) shown below:

- Performance Line CX, Gen 4 (BDU374Y)
- Performance Line CX Race Edition, Gen 4 (BDU376Y)
- Performance Line CX Cargo Line, Gen 4 (BDU374Y)
- Performance Line CX, Gen 5 (BDU384Y)
- Performance Line CX-R, Gen 5 (BDU386Y)
- Performance Line CX Cargo Line, Gen 5 (BDU384Y)

Important: the kit is mounted in a specific position on the motor, as a result there will be a few ebike models that simply do not have enough space inside (eg; Mondraker Crafty, Scott Patron). See list here.

Please note, this tuning kit only works on eBikes with 25-32kmh factory speed limit. Youth (20kmh) & Class 3 (45kmh) are not supported

This is an advanced installation. To install it you will need to remove the bike's motor.
Specialist knowledge & tools will be required, if you lack expertise you should have the kit installed by a specialist.

All VOLspeed products come with a 2-year warranty. In the unlikely event your product develops a fault or defect. We will replace it for free.

Unfortunately none of our tuning kits are guaranteed against error codes.

To reduce the risk of errors, follow these steps:

- Avoid updating the firmware of your e-bike. Updating increases the risk of tuning detection

- Disable automatic updates in the eBike Flow App

- Activate/deactivate the tuning before the ride (when the e-bike is standing still), not during riding

Currently this kit works with Bosch software up to 17.16. However, we cannot guarantee future updates will be supported.

Updating your eBike’s motor firmware may block or disable your tuning kit. Therefore we recommend avoiding firmware updates once you've fitted this kit.

Keep in mind:

✔ Firmware upgrades can remove tuning compatibility

✔ Tuning is only guaranteed to work with the firmware version available at time of purchase

✔ A blocked tuning kit due to a firmware update is not covered under warranty
