Compatibility
This Speedbox will work with any eBike fitted with either a Yamaha PW-X3 or PW-S2 motor. These motors are commonly found on the latest Haibikes. If your bike is fitted with an older generation PW motor, you'll need to look at this tuning kit instead.
Plug & Ride Installation
Installation is very simple and straightforward. Even if you’re not a tech expert, the plug-and-play design means you can get this kit up and running without hassle. Providing you have the tools to remove the motor cover, it's just a case of finding space to connect and refitting the cover.
Speed & Performance
The SpeedBox 3.1 effectively removes speed restrictions entirely, allowing you to reach higher speeds without hitting the 'wall'. It also works with US spec eBikes with 20mph factory limits. Crucially, your eBike’s display will continue to show accurate readings for speed, distance, and battery life, which is essential for riders who want to monitor their stats while riding at higher speeds.
Easy to use controls
A unique feature of the SpeedBox 3.1 is its ability to toggle tuning on or off via the eBike’s display. Simply tap the light button or UP/DOWN/UP/DOWN.
