Would love to give 5 stars, but for one issue, not directly compatible with a Haibike Alltrack 10.
Works as it says it should, pair the app and away you go.
Unfortunately not a simple install for my bike (Haibike Alltrack) as the motor mounting and frame means the coil doesn't fit using the clip.
But a bit of hotglue and all is good! Just remember to remove your rim magnet otherwise it gets confused!
I wasn’t sure which product to buy so I contacted the company and got a fairly immediate response, after taking their advice and putting the order in the item literally arrived within 48 hours, in my case I had to remove the crankshaft which I really enjoyed learning about but but it’s still only took quarter an hour to fit but it’s still only took quarter of an hour to fit. normally on my KTM when I hit 15 mph, it was like cycling through sandbut now I could be up to 30 miles an hour and it really has added a whole new enjoyment level but still within pretty safe limits. I highly recommend this company that helpful communicative what mortgage you ask.

Really quick turn around from payment to delivery easy to fit found some instructions via UTube took around 30 mins to fit , the ability to ride the bike unrestricted is so much better FYI this is pedal assist so you only get out what you put in but so much better than before

I sent my bike details and Dianne got straight back to me with the correct product link. Took minutes to fit. It defaults to off, you select it on by holding the minus key and you can choose the new speed limit. You can even set up a tap code to turn it on with the plus and minus keys to make it completely undetectable.
I didn’t know you had to switch it on every time you use the bikeAnd I don’t think I get the miles per hour that I’m doing now

Excellent.....very easy to install and operate.....no more hitting the wall at 15.5mph.bI can now use the bike for longer commutes and workouts and comfortably cruise at 20-23mph on the flat...(Pothole free road of course). This is a game changer for me and I now feel I am getting the full use of the bike like it was meant to be (other countries have speed restriction laws of 28mph not 15.5). Don't expect to be bolting along at whatever speed you choose to unrestrict to though....the capability the cogs/gears and the weight of the bike will dictate that, a realistic top speed will be around high 30s on the flat and that is more than fast enough. I would suggest you buy a motorbike if you want to go faster.
Good so far after around 30 miles, the estimated range fluctuates quite a lot compared to the bikes standard estimate, but this may steady with time.
It's nice not having the 15mph brick wall feeling! Well worth the money.

With the right tools removing the motor is quite simple. Bit more difficult putting it back in but nothing too hard. Easy to plugin the tuner. Focus Jam with gen 4 motor
